The LDG-3000 granulation line is equipped with:
PS-500 screw feeder: the device consumes 1.5 kW of electricity, has smooth regulation of the screw rotation speed using a frequency converter.
Humidification system: the main elements of the humidification system are a solenoid valve, a pump, a 200 liter water tank and a timer. This system is connected to a screw feeder, which allows the necessary amount of water to be added to the pellet machine. Power consumption 0.37 kW.
Solid PELETON-300 pellet machine: PELETON-300 easily handles various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 350-400 kg/h for pellets and up to 400-500 kg/h for feed mixtures. 22 kW engine (1450 rpm). Speed is reduced by a gearbox (entirely flooded with oil), which allows the entire system to be cooled and protects against overheating and excessive wear. Such a machine can operate in two shifts.
Calibration and cooling drum for ready-made pellets SB-100: this device serves as a sieving device for pellets, which allows you to obtain a clean final product (without dust and particles). The drum is connected to the extraction system. Additionally, it is used to cool the pellets. Power consumption 0.12 kW.
ASO-300 closed extraction system: this device consists of a fan, air flow pipes and dust filtering bags. The extraction system provides the air circulation necessary to cool the pellets and catch non-pelleted particles and dust in the bags. It is connected to the pellet mill head and the screening drum. Power consumption 2.2 kW.
Pelletizing line control panel: it is a control cabinet with an automatic cooling system built into it. Additionally, there is an ammeter installed to control the load of the pellet mill and a button for emergency shutdown of the line. The control is comfortable and intuitive.
The most important thing is a professionally selected die and meeting the requirements regarding the fraction and moisture of the processed materials.
The pellet production line can be used as a separate production unit or equipped with additional equipment that will allow you to automate the work.

Podajnik ślimakowy PS-500: urządzenie zużywa 1.5 kW energii elektrycznej, ma płynną regulację prędkości obrotów ślimaka za pomocą przetwornicy częstotliwości.
System nawilżania: głównymi elementami systemu nawilżania są elektrozawór, pompa, 200 litrowy zbiornik na wodę oraz programator czasowy. System ten jest podłączony do podajnika ślimakowego, co umożliwia dodanie niezbędnej ilości wody do peleciarki. Pobór mocy 0,37 kW.
Solidna peleciarka PELETON-300: PELETON-300 z łatwością radzi sobie z różnego rodzaju surowcami o wydajności do 350-400 kg/h dla peletu i do 400-500 kg/h dla mieszanek paszowych. Silnik 22 kW (1450 obr/min). Obroty redukowane przekładnią (cała zalana olejem), co pozwala chłodzić cały system i chroni przed przegrzewaniem i nadmiernym zużyciem. Taka maszyna może pracować w trybie dwuzmianowym.
Bęben kalibrujący oraz schładzający do gotowych granulek SB-100: urządzenie to pełni funkcję przesiewania peletu, co pozwala uzyskać czysty produkt końcowy (bez kurzu i drobiazgów). Bęben jest podłączony do systemu odciągowego. Dodatkowo służy do chłodzenia peletu. Pobór mocy 0,12 kW.
Zamknięty system odciągowy ASO-300: to urządzenie składa się z wentylatora, rur do przepływu powietrza oraz worków do filtrowania kurzu. Odciąg zapewnia cyrkulację powietrza niezbędną do chłodzenia granulek, łapania niespeletowanych cząstek i pyłu w workach. Jest podłączony do głowicy peleciarki oraz bębna przesiewającego. Pobór mocy 2,2 kW.
Panel sterowania linii peletującej: jest to szafka sterująca z wbudowanym w nią automatycznym systemem chłodzenia. Dodatkowo jest zamontowany amperometr do kontroli obciążenia peleciarki oraz przycisk do awaryjnego wyłączenia linii. Sterowanie jest wygodne oraz intuicyjne.
Najważniejsza jest fachowo dobrana matryca oraz dotrzymanie wymagań dotyczących frakcji i wilgotności przetwarzanych materiałów.
Linię do produkcji peletu można wykorzystać jako oddzielną jednostkę produkcyjną lub wyposażyć w dodatkowy sprzęt, który pozwoli zautomatyzować pracę.
